Positive: The house has a wonderful location. We were able to easily walk to beach, marina, grocery store, cafes, shopping and restaurants. Start up paper products along with laundry and cooking essentials were provided. All issues with home were communicated to manager and quickly resolved.

Negative: The house is a bit beat up, and kitchen utensils and gadgets were minimally available for family of 6 adults. We had to wash items after each meal to have them clean for following meal. There was a bit of an issue when many water sources were used at the same time, but manager had this examined quickly. The beds were very low to ground and minimal clothes storage was provided. A bit pricey for this listing.
