Positive: Great location and the swimming pool was great for the kids.

Negative: It's very small for four people. The water pressure was very low, both for drinking water and the shower. Sofa bed not the comfiest too. Maybe I was looking for too much with it being a 9+ on the reviews.

Negative: Keys were really difficult in every lock More info could have been given before staff left site, had to find where pool etc was for ourselves but it was fine

Positive: Absolutely stunning building and grounds, the apartment was immaculate. We had a member of staff that stayed over her time on shift to welcome us. The communication is above and beyond from the start of booking the apartment right through, I got emails, texts and a personal phone call when we were on our journey for the visit. I have been meaning to book Sutton Hall for years and finally did this weekend and could kick myself I didn’t do it sooner. We booked a night and I wished I’d booked the week. It’s so beautiful and the staff are incredible, can’t wait to book up again at Sutton Hall Thank you to all staff Seymour Girls Xxx

Positive: The ability to book the pool and hot tub for private use was great. The location between Thirsk and Helmsley was ideal, with easy, safe car parking. The apartment was clean and cosy and the kitchen was well equipped.

Positive: Beautiful grounds, great facilities. Absolutely loved it.

Negative: Unfortunately the sauna was not working. I did contact the staff, and had a speedy response but they couldn’t get maintenance out on the evening
