Within Minutes of Catfish & Cranberry Lake public boat launches for great fishing & fun. Close to snowmobile & ATV trails . SO Much to explore. Not on the water...

Home is just over 1000 sq ft. Space living room w/sleeper sofa, vintage kitchen & dining space. Master bedroom queen sized bed. 2nd bedroom has full bed & full on bottom, twin on top bunk beds. Full basement with water & dryer. Private back yard w/firepit, & grill. Close to Hwy 45 head north to Eagle River or south to Three Lakes...
