Summary: The room was modern and nice. The self service concept of having to call to have someone freshen up the room was very disappointing. When I did call for towels and bathroom products it was delivered, the old towels were left in the room. The "Holiday" hours for the restaurant during Christmas and New Years was also disappointing. Bar closed at 8 pm. There seemed to be a lack of employees and the attention to basic details that should have been for the price. On the positive side the restaurant had very good food. The bar area was very nice and had a fire place that was being used.

Summary: The place is beautiful! We had a great dinner at their restaurant. Our waitress was most attentive. The room was excellent. It reminded me of a number of properties we've stayed in when we were in Bavaria, Germany.
