Positive: We chose Sutera Avenue for its strategic location near major city attractions like Sutera Harbour, Jesselton Point, and the Filipino Night Market, and we weren’t disappointed. The room had a great view, strong air conditioning, and fast WiFi and the rooftop pool was a real highlight.

Positive: We really enjoyed the convenience of this unit located just across the road from Imago Shopping Mall where we did most of our dining and shopping, and it was also a quick Grab ride to the Filipino Market and the KK Waterfront dining strip, while inside, the apartment was cozy and had a washing machine, kitchen, fast WiFi and a super comfy bed.

Negative: The only downside was that the bedroom curtains were not fully blackout, so the morning light came in quite early, which might be an issue for late sleepers.

Positive: We couldn’t ask for a better location. Walkable or short drive to Imago, KK Times Square, KK Waterfront, Sabah State Mosque, restaurants, cafes. Checking out Jesselton Point and sunset spots was easy. Facilities are full set of gym, pool, sky garden, playground, parking, secure lifts. The apartment was clean, comfort was good.

Negative: Minor drawbacks is our unit faced east so in early morning the sun streamed in very brightly.

Positive: I booked a stay here and enjoyed the rooftop infinity pool, the sky garden for quiet evening walks and relaxing on the balcony. The apartment had good appliances, wifi, AC, clean and modern. Location is perfect for exploring. Imago, local cafes, restaurants all walking distance if interested in cultureor history, Sabah State Museum & Heritage Village nearby, also beach sunset spots within short drive.

Positive: This Airbnb unit offers fantastic value for money. The interior felt upscale with nice linens, soft pillows, and even a smart TV with Netflix. Check-in was easy via a lockbox, and the host was responsive throughout. It’s located across from Imago Mall, which was perfect for meals, groceries and last-minute shopping. There’s also a 7-Eleven downstairs and a short Grab ride to Waterfront seafood restaurants.

Negative: The only quirky issue was with the light switches, some didn’t seem to control anything and it took us a while to figure out the room lighting.

Positive: The unit was spotless, and had free parking. The rooftop pool, gym, and sky‑garden were a lovely bonus. It’s just right above Festive Avenue so grocery stores and eateries are downstairs. And the location also being across from Imago and accessible to KK Times Square and Centre Point via the skybridge. Easy Grab rides to everywhere. Quiet area but a few nearby chain restaurants, shops, and clinics were handy. Self check in and out was easy and the host was friendly.
