Summary: This was the perfect house to stay to watch my nephew play in a college baseball tournament at Surprise Stadium. The house was very spacious, extremely clean, and had all the amenities for a comfortable and fun stay. Jenna was a great host. Very responsive and accommodating to our questions and requests. Home was located in a quiet neighborhood near many good restaurants. I highly recommend this home for an affordable and comfortable stay. Thank you Jenna!!

Summary: We needed to stay near Surprise for our Uncle’s memorial. The property manager was so helpful during our entire stay. Any question I had, she responded in minutes. This property is pristine and the pool/spa are an added bonus. So nice!

Summary: We had 12 people staying at the house ranging from 2-73 in age. It was perfect with enough space for everyone to spread out, toys for the littles, and fully stocked kitchen. The heat pool was a huge bonus. The house was emasculate.
