Positive: Quality of house - absolutely 100% Location was very good. Plus side close to surf beach - but uphill walk back from beach. Support from agent (Platinum) was excellent (quickly replaced faulty bedside lamp)

Negative: Only thing was we only found instruction guides for upmarket stove, toaster etc etc on our last day (in a drawer in a room off garage). Should have been more accessible.
