Summary: Hotel was all round pretty dingy, small cockroaches roaming around the bathroom area, dirty towels left for us including hair, and the pool area was less than desirable. Was supposed to stay for 2 nights but moved hotel after one night. Only seemed to have one staff member on that knew what they were doing, when speaking to one woman at the desk was told I needed to come back in half an hour when someone who could “actually help” would be there. Would not recommend

Summary: the walls are dated, the closet housing the refrigerator and microwave was about to fall apart, breakfast was awful. The ac unit barely worked. The parking area had vagrants hanging out on the property.

Summary: When I checked in at 2 PM, the front desk lady was very nice friendly and efficient. Although when I checked out and I wanted to make sure they knew of the things in my room that needed repair fixing or maintenance a different woman from when I checked in was very author Tory power hungry, and didn’t listen to a word I said instead she discipline me treating me like a child telling me that I needed to tell the front desk as soon as a problem occurred. When I tried to explain to her that it wasn’t a major concern she was still very stern and strict, making sure that she was the one in charge and not me. She made me very upset and I just ended up leaving because there was no debating her rules and regulations Customer Service has gone downhill where the customer is never right and you have to put up with unsatisfactory Customer Service.

Summary: 1St room had dirty sheets. They upgraded me and were very apologetic and the next room was fine. The staff were friendly and very welcoming. The pool was great.

Summary: The stay was comfortable. Not too many complaints. Parking can be tricky if hotel is full and you leave, and if you stay pool-side there will be some noise after hours... but overall not too bad. Would have been better if room had carpet floors.

Summary: I rented a room just to be able to go swimming and relax, but unfortunately it was a thunderstorm so I couldn’t go swimming so I ended up checking out and going home but the place was nice. It wasn’t their fault. The weather was horrible.
