Positive: We stayed at the Supernova Hotel for four nights, and overall, the experience was excellent. The cleaning staff tidied the room very thoroughly every day, and the room space was quite sufficient for two people. The only unexpected event on this trip was that we misremembered the check-out time, which meant we couldn't rush back from Kinderdijk in time to check out. However, the front desk staff's proactive assistance and friendly attitude left a deep impression.

Negative: During our stay, the elevator seemed to have some issues, making it impossible to call the elevator on certain floors. This problem was not resolved before we left, but the front desk staff still did their best to help us with our luggage. Additionally, the bathroom door appeared to be more transparent and clear than in the photos. For me, it would have been better to have a curtain or anything that could provide some privacy. This is just a small suggestion and not a flaw.

Summary: The front desk staff provided excellent service, and the room was well-equipped and clean.

Negative: Not enough seating for 4 people . Had to duck to get into bed or crawl, ceiling too low. Bathroom door not private and toilet right by bathroom door!

Summary: Clean, friendly but not sure I would stay again.

Positive: Ideal situation to start the visit of Rotterdam, close to points of interests, restaurants, etc. The Supernova team is highly customer oriented, warm and competent. Breakfast is delicious. Room is comfortable, modern and decorated with quality and design materials.

Positive: The breakfast was perfect. The room was so comfortable and the bed is awesome. I slept very well. I have special thanks to Mr. Pawel who is at the reception desk. He is very kind, helpful and friendly. I do appreciate. The hotel is pretty close to the city center. About 10 minutes walk to the best in town and very convenient.

Negative: Since I stayed shortly, I did not care but I would have appreciated if you have added more TV channels. That would make the stay better in case if you lay down on bed and want to watch TV sometimes...

Summary: Supernova was SUPERB! I will come again!!!
