Summary: Room was clean but very dated. Hallways were very dark. Needs a nice update at least for the portion we were staying. Pretty expensive but it is on the North Shore, so nothing seems to be reasonable.

Summary: This was a pet friendly resort and you could tell it as there is a heavy order of pet urine.I don't remember reading this when I did my booking.I also found some folks were not responsible with cleaning up after ther animals outside.I also rented a room where the room was clean but the floor was unbalanced for people who are in there late 60s . The staff was very friendly in the restaurant area they do a great job.

Summary: Dirty sheets. When we were ready to go to bed around 10, my granddaughter opened her bed and started picking human hairs off the sheets! We had a room with 2 beds. I called the front desk and someone came up to change us to another room. We had to pack up all our things again. First they sent us to a room with 1 queen and I said that wouldn't do, we ordered a room with 2 beds for a reason. She said they were all booked until I said I'll change the sheets myself for a discount. Then she brought us to a room with a king bed and jacuzzi. She told us this is a prime more expensive room and they wouldnt charge us. What?! I said I hope not for all this inconvenience. We certainly didn't care about a jacuzzi especially at 10:30! At check out I was told the manager would call me the next day, but that hasn't happened. No apology either.
