Summary: The room was great! It was clean, the fireplace and jacuzzi were the cherry on top. Staff were friendly. What a fantastic weekend with my wife! We will definitely be back!

Summary: The king suite was perfect for our overnight stay in the Duluth area. We really liked the fireplace, the jacuzzi, the comfortable bed, and the large windows. While the place is dated and there was a fair amount of popcorn on the hallway floors (haha) it was a clean room. Staff was friendly and the hot cocoa/coffee/popcorn bar in the lobby was a nice treat. Had it not been brutally cold, we would've enjoyed the outdoor seating and firepits. I would gladly return to stay again.

Summary: Friendly Staff…View from room exceptional! It is an older hotel, but I feel it has charm! Room was clean… nice to get away from the hustle and bustle of Duluth.

Summary: It felt big and empty, there was no creamer and the coffee was luke warm. The lightbulb didn't work in the wall sconce.

Summary: Too much noise every night like elephants running around, wasn’t a pleasant stay at all. The room is very outdated, I thought the dishwasher was like a big truck taking off. Maybe new appliances would be nice, not trying to be mean but this will make you improve some of the things to provide better stay n better service. The staff were amazing. The pool n hot tub was amazing until rowdy kids came n started horseing around n we had to leave. The gym was very nice.

Summary: Hotel is using electronic door systems with passcodes that don’t work. Got locked out of our room multiple times and had to wait for maintenance or get a new code. TV didn’t work in our room. Struggle because it was a beautiful location and the rooms were good for the most part. We also found beer cans behind the TV stand when trying to get the tv to work… so how well was it cleaned.
