Our cozy little home in South Superior is great for couples or small families. We provide everything guests need for a stress free getaway. This single family home is conveniently located in a quaint neighborhood right across the street from Webster Dream Park. The house is only 1 level and easily accessible from the alley.
Guests will have access to the entire main level of the house. The unfinished basement will be off limits for our guests.
Please no pets and no smoking. Leave your shoes off at the door. Use the back side door for easy entry from the alley. Please do not go in basement.

Summary: This was a perfect spot for us to celebrate Thanksgiving with our son (who lives in an small apartment nearby) The home had everything we needed to enjoy the holiday. We even got to experience the first snow of the season. There was a shovel onsite to help us get to our vehicles. Unfortunately, the snow removal crew was not able to come to the house due to their vehicle breaking down, but the management company came over on Thanksgiving morning to finish the cleaning we had started. We would definitely stay here again when visiting the area.

Summary: Cozy, comfortable home, perfect for our two-best-friends trip to the North Shore. Quiet neighborhood, convenient to restaurants and things to do. Plenty of space to relax, awesome amenities. Owners were very responsive to our questions. Would definitely stay here again.

Summary: The house is well-equipped and convenient to my hiking and birding activities in the area. A few suggestions: a bolt fell out of my dining table chair and I found that all four bolts attaching the legs were very loose and needed serious tightening. I suggest regular checks of the dining chairs. Second, like most bathroom sinks, this one emptied very slowly; suggest snaking it soon. I used the microwave and the toaster only and they worked well. As warned, the key lock-box is sticky sometimes.

Summary: Very nice and quaint little place. Really enjoyed the property and the stay love that there was toys there for kids. Very close to everything. 10 out of 10 recommend would definitely book again if I come up that way.
