Positive: The panoramic view of Mount Etna from the balcony was incredible. The apartment was very clean and spacious. We loved how there were three different balconies so there was always a sunny spot outdoors. the washing machine and kitchen facilities were really useful. The hosts were very welcoming and thoughtful - we were so touched when they gave our children big chocolate Easter eggs.

Negative: It would have been helpful to have a map of the local area (Google Maps wasn’t very helpful for finding local parks and playgrounds) and amenities. The mattress in the Etna room was too hard (and I usually like a firm mattress).

Summary: Spacious comfortable apartment with an incredible view in a residential area.
