Positive: The Interior of the property was excellent and comfortable. We had to call the owner to find out how to gain access to the property. Pool was excellent and well enjoyed by all the familiy although some of the pool tiles need attention. Annex was used and in good condition although a hand rail to the upstairs bedroom would be a good addition. Property well situated close to Houlgate and Villiers Sur Mere although we went to Houlgate a lovely town. Market day there is on a Thursday and best supermarkets are the Super U in Caborg.

Negative: Only that there were not instructions on how to work the Sauna.

Summary: Great Family holiday venue close to towns and beaches.

Positive: The accommodation is formed of the main house with 3 double bedrooms and an annex in the garden with a further two double bedrooms, perfect for family or groups of friends. The kitchen and lounge/dining area are perfect for the whole group to come together. The outside area is spacious, great for everyone with a nice heated pool to take a dip when the heat requires. Parking for 3/4 vehicles, good location for exploring the Normandy area. We attended the D Day 80th commemorations and it was perfect for the British and Canadian sectors.

Negative: Nothing I can think of.

Summary: Lovely Norman residence, perfect for groups of 6 to 10.
