Positive: Close to the sea - just one block away.

Negative: Check-in time was strictly between 7pm and 10pm. That is much later than normal. The host has to meet you at the apartment to give you the keys, so they wanted an exact time of our arrival. We told them we would arrive about 8pm. We got there at 10 minutes after and they were not there, so we had to call them and then waited on them for about 15 minutes. After a long day of driving and sight-seeing and a lot of walking, it was frustrating to not be able to get in. Better and easier access to the keys would be very helpful.
