The apt name, Sea View Lodge is the ultimate place for chilling out by the sea. No need to go out just watch the rough sea rolling in or the sun glistening on the still waters. This complete new renovation has been fitted with all new modern facilities, with the bonus of a family bathroom and ensuite shower room. It has two double bedrooms and a double sofa bed in the lounge so ideal from 1 person to two couples or a family, also with parking next to the property, it is ideal for people with walking issues. The property is on one floor and on ground level, therefore, it is a flat walk to the beach.

All amenities are within walking distance, although if you have walking difficulties you will need a car to reach the town as it is hilly getting to the town. There are very regular buses run from Ventnor town. There is a tourist information point at the post office in Ventnor Town.
There are plenty of wonderful walks on your doorstep. One way you can walk to Ventnor beach - 10/15 walk and on to Ventnor town or on to Steephill Cove, the old smugglers cove and eventually you will reach The Botanic Gardens. The other direction you can walk to Bonchurch beach and up through the woodland to Bonchurch and visit beautiful Bonchurch Pond . Walking further a field you can carry on from Bonchurch woodland up to the unique devils chimney and wishing seat.

Summary: Haylie was very responsive and resolved any issues and questions very quickly the rental property itself was very nice and tidy was well situated with fantastic views we even saw foxes and dolphins whilst in the accommodation Slept 4 adults comfortably would recommend to friends and family

Summary: This was our first visit to the IOW. We chose this villa for it’s fabulous location and loved it! The view is perfect, the property is immaculate, well equipped, nicely renovated and very comfortable.

Summary: Clean and well presented, master with en-suite very roomy. Good disabled access to Ventnor seafront. Access to small enclosed area was a nice surprise. The only minor negative… shingled garden is not great for dog paws!

Summary: We loved the villa at Ventnor. Couldn’t have a nearer to the sea sea view. Beds/rooms comfy with lovely living area to sit and read or look at the sea. Would highly recommend. Super clean and lovely bathrooms too. Quiet. Easy walk into town to shops and restaurants. Great community with owner pre and during visit. Only minor negative was quality of kitchen utensils.
