Summary: We stayed during the water apocalypse of 2025 in Richmond. The property manager was incredible in making sure we had what we needed during our stay with no city water. We will definitely stay again when we are back in town in June.

Summary: The experience renting this property for the weekend was phenomenal from start to finish! The apartment was in a great location, it was very clean, and Daniil even left a bottle of wine for our group, which was a nice touch! I would highly recommend this property to any of my family or friends planning a short getaway to Richmond!

Summary: The location was wonderful and the property was perfect for our family of 5. The property was very clean and spacious. We enjoyed the ability to walk to the bakery across the street and the ice cream place downstairs. We appreciated the quick responses from our host. We would definitely stay again when we return to the Richmond area.

Summary: We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Eileen East. The apartment was beautifully decorated. Getting into the courtyard through the gates was very easy as well as entering the apartment. The location is great! So many great places to walk to in the area.

Summary: Great property! Came to Richmond for a wedding and this was a great alternative to a hotel stay. My very first VRBO stay. I was a little nervous about how things would work out. Very walkable area with lots of unique dining experiences. Just a short drive/ride share to downtown. Host provided lots of little unexpected things to make our stay more comfortable. I highly recommend staying in this unit located in this quaint neighborhood .
