Including a desk, computer monitor, and printer. The bed is a full that can fit 1 person comfortably.

The house is located centrally and it is close to all of Florabama's major destinations. 16 minutes to Airport, 15 minutes to downtown Pcola, 20 minutes to Pensacola Beach. 20 minutes to Johnson Beach (less crowded) and Perdido. Just a quick 30 minute drive to Orange Beach as well.
On the main street close to the house, there are over 30 restaurants to choose from, all within 1 minute drive from the house. Along with a farmers market and Publix grocery store all within the same 1 minute radius.
This up and coming neighborhood is a friendly and historic community. Some of the houses you see nearby are in need of some paint and tlc, but the neighbors are super friendly and it is a very safe neighborhood and it is a perfectly quiet place close enough to all the great destinations yet away from the crowds with a charming country vibe.

Summary: I just want to say that we enjoyed our stay at the mermaid house. It had everything we needed and more. Lots of toiletries, toilet paper, towels, trash bags and other pluses like k cups and seasonings. The beds were very comfortable and decor was very cute. My son enjoyed playing with the games outside and my dog enjoyed running around in the backyard. It was in close proximity to the mall, airport and the beach and in a quiet community. I would also like to point out that the owner was extremely responsive to some minor hiccups that we encountered and fixed the issues promptly. We would stay again at the mermaid house! Thanks again!

Summary: The Hip Mermaid House was perfect for us. It was clean, well appointed and the location was good as it was between my daughter's place and the naval base which was convenient for all. Patrick was a great host and was right on top of one small issue we encountered and communication was immediate. Unfortunately, we were only there for two days and for military reasons, so we never got to use the adorable back yard with the chairs and firepit. Added amenities included soap, shampoo and conditioner in the shower, coffee pods and creamer, as well as enough bath towels and additional beach towels. Lovely place!
