Positive: •Cleanliness in the premise and the accommodation. •Coperative & very helpful Staff. •Lift service was initiated in my presence which was very beneficial for the elderly in my family & transferring the Luggage. • Peaceful & Sound environment . • I was permitted to late checkin as my train got late and the staff made arrangements for my late arrival (made car stationed at my arrival railway station at 12:00 AM, Vishnuji arrived at parking of the railway station, greeted us and took us away safely from the local taxi hooligans to the Motel)

Negative: •No Facility of Drinking Water available like RO (Filter water) outlet on any floor like other motels, the only potable water option is Mineral Water bottle which is present on the Ground floor and one has to carry it from Entrance Lobby to the accommodation on higher floor whenever required. I find it upsetting to purchase bottles every now & then, as well as a little uncomfortable too, to make staff climb or climb myself to-fro for just water (afterall they are too human beings like myself). • Windows and sunlight shed in the room & bathroom weren't embedded with a mosquito net or any way to shut it respectively, resulting in several mosquitoes roaming in the room and biting every now and then, especially on colder nights when one can't enable Fan & Air-conditioners. • Check out and Check in time has stationary fixtures & not Dynamic as per the convenience of arrival. I was permitted late check-in though, but lost hours aren't reimbursed. • Hope the above situations will improve as they have just begun their service.

Positive: I spent a night here and it was fantastic. Check-in was a breeze, the reception staff were warm and courteous, and the room was clean, cozy, and well-maintained. I particularly loved the comfortable bed, quiet surroundings, and the thoughtful touches such as free water and toiletries. Although it was just for a brief stay, all my needs were met. The place is also strategically located with easy access to nearby restaurants and shops. Highly recommended for short or even extended stays. I will surely go back!
