Positive: We hit a deer coming in to Yreka around 11:00 pm one night this summer. Got to the motel with a damaged car, driving very slowly. The hotel staff were VERY understanding. In the morning, they allowed us to stay in the office/breakfast area after checkout time to make calls about towing, etc. And, since he was going that way anyway, the manager even offered to drive us in his car to Medford if we needed that. How very kind of him! We ended up going in the tow truck, but I can't say enough nice things about this hotel's management.

Summary: A great room, good value and SUPER nice and helpful staff.

Positive: It was close to restaurants and easy on & off access to the freeway. The continental breakfast was good.

Negative: There were ants in the bathroom of the room I stayed.

Positive: Room was modern, fresh paint and in good condition. All was good, smelled good, nice sheets, clean and tidy.

Negative: Paint needs to be touched up on the front wall. Corners need to be cleaned for a 10 rating.
