Summary: We had to wait 45 minutes before our room was ready and we had booked on November 9,we needed to change our clothes for our evening out.

Summary: We stayed there for the Grey Cup Weekend, the front staff was amazing ! They were very helpful in all aspects … check in/out was easy. Rooms were clean , the continental breakfast options were great (scrambled eggs, sausages , pancake machine, muffins, fruits, parfait machine, variety of cereals that your kids will actually eat !! ) also not to mention in the lobby coffee , tea and hot chocolate all day and night … and soup of the day… you could be craving something at 1am and head down to the lobby for a steaming hot bowl of whatever soup they have brewing for you . The hotel parking lot was always brightly lit at night which helped for the extra safe feeling . I have to say this hotel did not disappoint . Thank you for the excellent service !!

Summary: Super clean room and and facilities are updated. Breakfast was good. Loved the unlimited juice and coffee! Close to restaurants and shops.

Summary: Not only was the elevator out of service, so was the hot tub. No sign of any service company working on the repairs. Tight parking.Overall, the room was clean and the breakfast hit the spot.
