Summary: It was ok but it's extremely remote and I had trouble getting rides to the city when I needed it. They were good to me. English was a little limited, but we managed. Townspeople aren't supportive or nice. The room was fine, but the only way I could get meals was to order from Walmart/spark in another city, which was pricey. It cost me $115 to get a ride service when I left due to the remoteness of the location. Not only that, but I did not have help with my bags and strained my back, which led to a medical emergency several days later. We also had a snowstorm the day I was to leave, so I had to stay extra time. It's not bad if you don't have transportation issues and if you have plenty of money for emergencies.

Summary: Not as happy this time although the room was fine. Getting out of Williams will cost you a FORTUNE if you don't have a vehicle. I asked for help and was not treated well. Did not make me happy

Summary: They must've just had snow shortly before we got there. They were plowing and had to stop to come in and check me in. Nothing was plowed and the sidewalks were barely shoveled. My husband had a walker and there was no way into the sidewalk and it wasn't shoveled enough for his walker to get through. We were put in a room next to an entrance/exit door. It slammed shut every time anyone came in or out. I accidentally dropped my charger next to the beside table. You could see layers of thick dust and dirt between the bed and the wall and it ran the whole wall behind the bedside table. We ended up leaving really early... About 730 a.m. because someone left about 5 a.m. and the slamming for woke us up. Someone else left about 6 a.m. and woke us up again, so we just got up and left. Nothing was salted and the entire parking lot was glare ice. There weren't even patches of concrete showing anywhere. It was all ice. This is only a place to stay as a last resort if you're checking in very late and leaving very early.

Summary: The mattress was very uncomfortable.the heater is a loud ac wall unit.very little lighting in the room.ordered a medium cheese plzza cost $40.00 ,all it was is supermarket pizza. .room was large ,tv was good.good water pressure. Bathroom very small
