Positive: The stay was decent and comfortable. We stayed overnight but the rooms were clean and we could sleep peacefully.

Negative: The AC was directly blowing on our face. It could have been better placed.

Negative: I needed to check in my luggage a couple hours early and they charged me $35 to have my luggage sit in an empty room. Got to my room later that evening and the electric was out in the room. Air conditioner and bathroom lights is all I had. They said I had to contact you to get a refund for that one night. They moved me to another room across the hall the next morning, and I noticed it wasn’t very cool in there. When I returned later in the day, air conditioner, was on high at the coldest temperature and still did not cool the room. Already told them I would not be staying there again!
