Positive: The man at the front desk was pleasant. Check in was good in person. Breakfast was offered.

Negative: I was asked to put a 100.00 deposit down. Our remote for the tv, didn't work when we got there. The mattress wasn't comfortable to me.

Positive: It was easy to find. Easy to park near the room and easy to walk the dogs. Lots of lights outside in the dark. Lots of great things to do near the hotel. Near great restaurants and not that far from St Louis.

Positive: We did an online booking…price was good. Location being close to the interstate was a plus! Room was comfortable & the shower had great pressure & water was hot!

Negative: When we were ready to check out, no one was at the desk nor anywhere close by. There was a lady that had gotten locked out of her room (key wouldn’t work) & she was understandably upset I one was there to help her. I waited 15 minutes for someone to come to the desk because I needed a receipt for work purposes.

Summary: Even the trouble with the waiting for the staff, we would probably stay here again.
