Summary: This was our second stay at Setter Haus while participating in a dog show at Purina Farms. It was every bit as enjoyable as our first. The house is well maintained and spotless. Everything works as it should. It is evident the owners take pride in their property. They provide a lot of information about the home and the area prior to arrival. We will definitely stay at Setter Haus when we are in the area again.

Summary: Super cute and spacious home. The favorite spot for our group was definitely the side porch. The area is clean and feels very safe. My only complaint, and I wouldn’t even call it a complaint really, was the cleanliness of the downstairs area was not great. The upper half of the house was fabulous. Decorated nicely and clean. Definitely would stay here again.

Summary: This place is set in a quiet rural neighborhood on a sloped lot with mature trees. We each had our own bedroom (with a very comfy queen sized bed and upgraded linens/pillows) and found the place to be well laid out and spacious. There are few places in this area that can accommodate 4+ separate sleeping quarters (for those larger groups/families/friends who want to stay "together" but not packed up like sardines.) Communication was superb from pre-booking to beyond checkout. If you are traveling to this area for events at Purina Farms, don't forget to ask for their Purina competitors discount (better have your proof of entry!) I came upon this place online and checked out the reviews, and was a bit skeptical bc there were so many guest reviews and all so high, but honestly, this place *IS* a great find in this area whether or not you are traveling with dogs. Highly recommend.

Summary: The homes owned by Tyann and Nat along with their property manager Nick, are the best kept secret gems of the area surrounding Purina Fsrms and Winery’s! They make you feel at home the minute you walk through their doors! We had a large group that took all three homes on the Setter House property. It’s was wonderful for everyone! This was our second time staying here and it will not be our last!!! Don’t pass this up! Check on the other properties these folks own also! You won’t be sorry!!

Summary: Setter House is the best “Home away from Home”! Absolutely love coming back to this home! The owners Tyann and Nat and property manager Nick are the BEST HOSTS around! They definitely know how to make you feel at home! I highly recommend this home if you’re heading to Purina Farms or just visiting Gray Summitt!

Summary: Everything was clean! Deck had a lot of leaves! The bedrooms downstairs were small with no closets and no curtains on the window! There was only one medium frying pan and one small hard to cook for everyone! Also there were bees by an outer building two boys got stung!
