Positive: Easy check in & out. The room was clean & kept up. And lastly, the staff was very pleasant.

Negative: The continental breakfast could have been a little better but hey, you had a breakfast right!

Positive: Desk service persons were nice. Bed was very comfortable. Pool was nice. Soap and shampoo, great.

Negative: Floors felt sticky. We were NOT told that there was NO room service so that was a big problem. Day one we needed toilet paper. Day two, the few towels we had were still wet so we had to get fresh ones from the front desk. Its advertised as having in room coffee but there was literally one packet of coffee. Knowing that there were two people in the room, that was a negative part of the stay. The breakfast area, really bad. Almost nothing to eat so we ended up going to a restaurant for our breakfasts which was an added expense we did not expect. The second night when we were coming in for the night, we were LOCKED OUT of our room. No explanation, the keycard did not work so back to the front desk we went. Overall, price was too much for what what we had.

Positive: Eli working at the front desk was polite, friendly and professional. Location was good near restaurants and Meijer. Clean facility.

Negative: Ice machine was broke and I wish they had ice water to fill my drinking bottle. I also noticed the bathroom didn't have a fan.

Positive: Everyone was nice we will plan staying here again

Negative: My dtr has cololisis and frequent bowel movements several times day and night, our room had less than quarter of roll of toilet paper and she ask the front desk attendant if she could have a couple of extra rolls and he didn't want too until she told him why and embarrassing her even more to explain why.
