Summary: Older hotel needs updating. Customer service was good

Summary: Staff was friendly and accommodating. Rooms were small but comfortable. Facility needed some attention check in area was cluttered with material not very pleasing.

Summary: The room was clean and service is fast and friendly. We asked for ice was fast in delivery. The hotel itself has been and looks like still in remodeling mode, but I was a little surprised that Wyndam has not put newer patio furniture out by the pool. What was there was in really bad shape.

Summary: Old hotel in poor condition. Hotel interior, hallways and room had very noticeable musty smell. Hair dryer did not work. Desk clerk gave me a copy of receipt printed from printer that was out of ink and so faint could barely make out information. Will not return.

Summary: the innkeeper was fantastic, we had some minor glitches that were on us, not him, and he went above and beyond his obligation to take care of us. nothing but good things to say about him and his staff

Summary: We were able to book online and show up 10 minutes later to check in around 1pm - before regular check-in time. We were taking refuge from the ice/snow storm and they had a room for us. I understand this experience is based on room availability but it was much appreciated! The staff was very helpful in helping us get anything we needed. The hotel was right next to the historic area of town but due to the weather we unfortunately couldn't take advantage.
