Summary: Picked this hotel being so close to Ft. Jackson. The area was fine, but this hotel not so much. This is NOT a place to bring your family to stay, that is for sure!!!

Summary: Park in front of room convenient AC unit worked well ..cable tv with good channels fridge had freezer in top …Room had no odor , Comfortable bed and quiet ..Room needed painting and especially room door and frame .. Carpet clean but worn Easy breakfast nice

Summary: This place needs to be gutted. The staff are great but there is nothing else good about this hotel. Dirty, tired furnishings, filthy rugs, really, filthy everything. It was difficult to charge devices because the plugs wouldn't stay in the outlets. They just slid right out. Hairdryer didn’t work. The cord looked burnt so I'm not sure it would have been safe to use anyway. I wore shoes at all times.

Summary: We requested a smoke free room. Upon entering the cigarette smell hit us hard. Every material wreaked of smoke. Cigarette burns in several places and a cigarette butt in toilet. Outdoors the carpet was nasty & torn and the balcony had soft spots on the floor. The staff offered another room but we figured if the non smoking room was this bad they probably were all bad. Staff fixed the tv, apologized and gave us a can of air spray. Only thing good was the staff that dealt with us.

Summary: Clients were the only issue. Loud. And as soon as you walk outside, you felt like you were in the ghetto. But the staff was extremely helpful and beyond caring and courteous.
