Summary: Home was as pictured. The screened in porch was a plus. The additional upstairs space for TV and quiet time was used often. I did not appreciate having to wash all bedding and towels the morning of departure which is why we left a day early.

Summary: We were very lucky to have located this beautiful home in a community designed to make vacations fun and easy for families with young children. We loved the community pools, bike paths, athletic center, splash pad, accessible smoothie/coffee/drinks/snack bars, etc. Many activities for all ages -- kids really loved live music at pools in the afternoon. We were able to walk to almost everything. A well stocked Harris Teeter is literally 4 minutes away and a concert venue is also an easy walk from the house. The house is exactly as described in text and photos. The owner, Catherina Lyu, could not have been more responsive, helpful and kind from the first inquiry to the last day of our vacation. We had one glitch -- the AC stopped working and she immediately found a repair person to fix it within a few hours. To me, that is the mark of a exceptional VRBO host. As mentioned, the house has tons of kitchen supplies that made meals easy, along with a gas grill. There was all sorts of equipment in the garage from bikes to sand toys to buggy boards. Plenty of towels for home and beach use. The house supplies bed linens although we were glad we brought our own. Appliances all work well with a huge washer and dryer. Wifi worked well. There is a key board in a wonderful open area on the second floor which was a lot of fun for the kids. We were a multigenerational group - grandparents, parents, and toddlers and the vacation spot was perfect for us. We would gladly return.

Summary: We had a great stay here. Enough of everything for the beach. Bikes were wonderful. We had 7 people- 5 kids and it worked wonderfully. Bayside is also awesome. So many fun things to do there.

Summary: We had an amazing time. The location and amenities were more than we expected. The house is well stocked. The location is close to all the beaches. Our family enjoyed themselves. If there was a question the host was quick to respond. Would definitely stay again.

Summary: We enjoyed a beautiful week at this clean and spacious house. The kitchen had every tool we could desire and the garage was full of equipment for a wide range of activities: beach play, cruising the neighborhood by bike, or crabbing at The Point. The Bayside community had so much to offer for everyone in our family (ages 2-68): pools, playgrounds, arts & crafts, live music…. Definitely come here and have a relaxing and memorable vacation!

Summary: This was our family's 3rd stay in a Bayside property, and it was BY FAR the best one we've been to. Every detail is accounted for, and then some. To top it off, Catherina is a great host and was so easy to communicate with before AND during the stay. The kids loved the area upstairs for them to play/watch television, and the grownups loved the kitchen and screened-in porch. Highly recommend!!!
