Positive: The can opener was broken but that is an easy fix. The door to the bedroom upstairs was locked/stuck with our things in the room and there was no key at the house so maintenance had to come open it the next day. We had to wait a while to access our things locked in there and had to sleep many to one bed overnight because of the wait so I was a little upset. The light in the fridge was flickering really bad. It was great having a pool and built in speakers for entertainment. It was clean and all appliances were up to date and working. The neighborhood was great with the beach in walking distance. There was also an outside shower at the house to get rid of sand. It was a great choice for our group besides the room issue and wait. Our babies loved the balcony and big chairs.

Positive: I love the proximity to the beach and that there was a private pool. The large group we had was accommodated by the multitude of bathrooms and made getting ready for the night life super easy.

Negative: I did not like the quality of the toilet paper or the lack of extra linens. We did have a large party but each bed was lightly dressed and it got cold at night.

Summary: All in all we had a fantastic time!
