Summary: Great location at Ikebukuro Sunshine City and direct access to the mall. There’s a Family Mart at the lobby which is very convenient. Airport Limousines also have a stop right at the hotel front and can go to Haneda/Narita easily.

Summary: Very convenient location for shopping and access to Narita Airport. There is a shuttle bus stop from/to Narita right in front of the hotel. However, it is bit of a walk from the JR Ikebukuro Station. I had two suitcases with two children. Should have just taken a taxi from the station. Without suitcases and small kids it shouldn’t be a problem. The hotel is literally connected to Ikebukuro Sunshine - great access to Pokemon Center, Aquarium etc. Hotel breakfast is at best mediocre. I’ll probably stay again if I were flying out of Narita but probably not including the breakfast option.

Summary: this hotel is the perfect location if you have bad weather and don't want to go outside. it is connected to a mall and you can shop and eat without going outside. it is so convenient that you can also do whatever you want and go back to rest and start all over again. the airport shuttle is also available right outside the door. everything is walkable and many many things to do i and eat inside and outdoors as well

Summary: We were initially concerned that it was to far from the sights we wished to take in, but this proved not to be the case. The Metro was a short walk from the hotel. The shopping facilities in The Sunshine City Mall were incredible. The staff were attentive and always willing to help. The room, although a little different by European standards was large and adequate, but there were not any drawers for storage and no cupboards. The view from the Panorama Room was awesome.
