Step out the front door to the bay or walk two to three blocks to the beach. Enjoy relaxing to the sounds of the ocean or indulging in the many activities the beach offers from sunbathing to kayaking and boating. Our Excellent 100% Positive Reviews from our all our previous guests, with one exception, are appreciated and speaks volumes. Any problems listed by last guest were appreciated and immediately addressed. Within days, we had a well-respected Company reset the hot water controls and independently, insured each step on each set of stairs were safely secure and certified that everything was 'good to go'! Then, fortunately, within the same week, our Annual Town Inspection was scheduled, which we passed successfully. We also have a Property Manager who resides less than a mile of 'Sunsets on the Bay', who are happy, with a proper sense of urgency to give assistance by fixing or bring in outside help if needed to address anything that will give 100% enjoyment to every one of our fine guests during their visit. Lastly, we have clarified and placed besides every shower an easy to view typed guide on "how to turn on the hot water" including what controls downstairs in the basement, to please not to touch, which will affect the pleasure of enjoying 'hot water' on as needed basis. This includes even when several guests come in from the Beach, other activity or for any reason at all, who wish to take showers at the same time.

Summary: This was the second time we have rented this house. It was even better the second time. Two bathrooms had been completely redone & the nursery room ,upstairs TV room, and laundry room had been rearranged for the better. We love the gorgeous view, deck, porch, and large secure backyard. This house is great for families

Summary: We had the most fantastic stay in the Hull house! Joan, the owner had seen to every detail. My family thought they were in a beautiful home and want to go back again next year. The rooms were perfect! the views are exquisite, the linens, towels, beds were great! furniture was so comfortable. Every time something needed attention, the house manager sent someone immediately. The location is perfect, the ferry is nearby for those traveling from Boston. I loved it!!!

Summary: If you are looking for a large house with great views and a convenient location to downtown Boston, this is for you. We made great use of the Hull and Hingham ferries. We enjoyed swimming at the beach and in front of the house. Biggest pluses: lots of space, good sized backyard, porches, lots of activities nearby

Summary: Our group just wanted to see Boston and surrounding areas without the "big city". We hit the jackpot here. Great house, plenty of room, the porch, the view....perfect. If we ever get back we'll stay here again. The sweet hostess was such a sweetheart! Plus she left a delicious cake to welcome is in the frig!!!

Summary: The property is nice and clean. However, the stairs are very rickety. The hot water tank is not big enough for the more than 1 person to shower at a time. If you have more family members who want to take shower consecutively, I recommend to wait for an hour for the water tank to catch up in order to have a comfortable warm shower. We love that the house is next to a bay and it is only 5 blocks away from Atlantic Ocean. What a treat for us!
