Summary: Great location to explore Mount Dora. Communication was easy. The unit was clean and welcoming. Be aware that the metal framed bunk bed in the second bedroom was kind of flimsy. It rocked and moved from the slightest touch. We were four adults and that bed less than ideal for our party. That said, the top bunk has no railing and it would have been worse for children.

Summary: Generously sized apartment with waterview and almost unbeatable downtown location, and priced that way. Some updating needed (shared shower in that bridges the two bathrooms), perhaps a new bathroom fan (screeching sound) and missing amenities (kitchen carving knives, coffee scoop), prevent this from being rated 5*. Albeit, above could be viewed as minor annoyances, given the apartment location and the updates that have already been made (new appliances/floors, big TVs, and nice furniture).Definitely would consider another short-term rental and kudos to the owner (whom we happened to meet) for being hands-on and very responsive.

Summary: This property is picturesque. Beautifully decorate, and updated. Our hosts were very fast with communication, and helped with anything we needed. The apartment was spacious, and comfortable.
