Positive: We were really impressed with how well equipped this apartment was - having a washer and dryer in the apartment was amazing! It was also great to have a little balcony to sit out on and the view (we were on the 42nd floor) was fab, especially at night. The soundproofing also seemed to be very good, as we hardly heard anything from our neighbours, unless they were right outside the apartment door. The water pressure in the shower was strong, which I really appreciated. The check-in instructions were extremely detailed, which was really helpful. The video they included with the instructions initially seemed like overkill, but was definitely necessary, as we would have had trouble locating the lockbox without it.

Negative: It would have been helpful to have either a tea towel or some paper towels available to dry dishes. There was a dishwasher but sometimes dishes still need some drying afterwards. Just before arrival I was asked to send some info to them that I had already sent when I made the booking a month beforehand and when I queried this, I was told they hadn't received it the first time, which seemed very odd. Aside from that, all other communication with the host(s) went smoothly.

Summary: Great little apartment with excellent view from balcony.

Positive: This was my first solo trip ever, and this location was the most perfect place! The pictures perfectly matched the reality of a spotless unit, with a view so amazing it looked like a city skyline Internet photo! The one minute video walking me through the self-check in was helpful, and genius! I plan to stay here again on my next trip this summer!
