The space
The space is one floor ranch style home that will sleep 4 adults and 2 children/teens comfortably in the bedrooms, while any additional guests can use the 2 twin air mattresses provided or feel free to bring your own to set up on the floor.
The full bath has both a whirlpool tub and separate shower.
You have full access entire property, yard, backyard fire pit and walking access to the water via the property next door.
The unit is fully equipped with anything you might need to make your stay enjoyable. If you have questions, please ask.

The first floor of the home is completely private with a private entrance and driveway that is not shared. Guests have full access to the property. The owners/host current reside in the basement apartment. The basement unit has both a separate private driveway and entrance.

Guest access
Guests have access to everything inside and outside the home, except for the basement and the garage. Access to the ocean/river via the Saltwater Fields Road is available by walking. We own the neighboring barn property and access is available by permission (just let us know) and when there are not events. Access to the barn itself is not permitted.

Other things to note
The owners live at the property in the basement apartment with Levi the bulldog. The apartment does not infringe at all on the privacy of the home, and we give our guests space to enjoy their stay and only interact as needed. We are quiet neighbors and unless you attempt to interact with us, we intend for your stay to be private and on your terms.

We keep our dog on leash at all times and don't have him interact with other dog
