Summary: The property was clean and all of the staff was very friendly. Our suite was gorgeous. The beach at this location is steep (at your knees and then direct to chest level). Not a great selection of food available at all times and when we went in to see if there was availability at the restaurant (only 2 tables being used) they told us no.

Summary: We just returned from an unforgettable stay at the resort and can’t say enough about the amazing team who made our vacation so special! From the moment we arrived, Jorge at check-in set the tone with his warm welcome and helpful attitude — check-in was a breeze, and he made us feel right at home. Throughout our stay, Mario and Andres, our butlers, went above and beyond to take care of every detail. Whether it was helping us with dinner reservations, arranging special touches, or just checking in to make sure we had everything we needed, they were always one step ahead and genuinely cared about making our stay perfect. A huge shoutout to Jorge poolside, who took such great care of us during our time by the water. His friendly service and attention made lounging by the pool an absolute treat. And we can’t forget Raul from the activities team — his energy and enthusiasm made the daily activities so much fun! He always found ways to get everyone involved and bring positive vibes to every event. The resort is beautiful, but it’s truly the incredible staff who make it exceptional. Thank you all for making our getaway so relaxing, fun, and memorable — we can’t wait to come back!

Summary: Great suite. Amazing views. Food is decent, but it has dropped in quality since I last visited about 11 years ago. The ceviches are not what they used to be. Room service is also decent, but not timely. Cleaning service is a little spotty without adequate resupply of towels daily.

Summary: The staff was very nice and helpful. The food was the biggest negative for us. We did the all-inclusive and ended up eating out because outside of the food you could order at the pool that was good, everything else we has was not edible.
