Summary: We had a amazing time. The condo and view are perfect. Anything you need is available. Condo description and amenities are as listed. The book provided helped for all our questions.Very clean and well maintained, beds are comfortable lots of towels and beach towels. Jeanie was very responsive to our questions and helped to make our staff perfect. We would 100% rent the condo again if available. Thanks to both of you for letting us stay and use your home.

Summary: Jean's place is more spectacular in real life. Her 26th floor unit is the whole north side of the building with three patios; two that wrap around the corners. This gives you about 270 degrees view to the WSW, N and ESE. It's larger than it appears in the photos. it's been updated since the listing photos were taken. The place is definitely Jean's home and not some investment property that she is trying to get rich off of. There are plenty of utensils and cookware and persnickety (spices, mixers, etc) that she gladly shares with you. "Help yourself and replace what you use." Never seen anything like it and it's nice when you arrive that you are welcome to a few beers or able to twist up some margs before your first nearby grocery run. She is VERY responsive.An amazing feature is the two corner floor to ceiling glass door panels totally push back to open the whole corners creating an amazing open experience; the mornings are heavenly. The unit has room ACs in both bedrooms and the main den which work really well to make you comfy, even if you leave them off when you leave the unit. I was concerned about elevator and delays but each building has two elevators on each wing and each floor only has 4 units so there was never a wait for an elevator and they were fast. There are 5 pools/jacuzzis!The complex is more resort than I expected. Has a decent restaurant and poolside service all day. We enjoyed snacks and a few melas and lots of beverages. Gym was impressive!

Summary: We had a wonderful stay at Chris and Jeane’s condo. The condo is beautiful, the ocean view is spectacular and the resort/property is wonderful. Chris and Jean were immediately responsive to any questions we had. I would definitely book Chris and Jeane’s condo again and really appreciate that we were able to stay at such a beautiful place!

Summary: Place was exactly as described. Very clean, well stocked with everything we needed. On the beach, great pools and close to downtown just a short Uber ride away. On the weekends the beach club/night can be a be loud. The music usually stopped about 11 pm. The hosts wete great. Always responded we when had questions or needed anything.

Summary: A great condo located in zona hotelera. Located in tower 3 of the grand venetian on the 26th floor. The condo is updated, spacious and has wonderful views of the ocean and mountains from the two decks. The hosts of this condo go above and beyond to ensure your vacation is flawless. I would highly recommend this condo if your traveling to Puerto Vallarta.

Summary: I would give more than 5 stars if I could. The condo was amazing! Had absolutely everything you could possibly need and more. The property was stunning, with 5 pools to choose from, and many restaurants/shopping areas within walking distance. Correspondence with Jeane was consistently excellent. Will definitely be back.

Summary: The property offers unparalleled views from the 26th floor. The two de ks offer views of the mountains and the beach. The interior layout was large enough to easily accommodate our family. The host was easy to get a hold of and had answers to any questions that might come up. A great stay and property for sure.

Summary: Had my wife and both of my adult daughters with us and my oldest daughter's fiance. The grounds at the Venetian are spectacular. Great pools, immaculate landscaping, zero deferred maintenance anywhere that seems to be typical in other places. The condo was perfect for our group of 5. We had a minor issue with the AC and hot water heater on our second day and Jeanne and her local team were on it and had everything fixed in no time. I've stayed in a lot of VRBO's and I can say that I've never seen a more well stocked and provisioned place. Everything you could possibly need was there. About the only possible negative you could mention would be that the clubs around the Grand Venetian push their music well into the evenings on weekends and you can hear a bit of it, but it was definitely nothing that'd keep you up. If I come back to PV this would be the only place I'd want to stay. If you want a noisy party atmosphere with tons of of people stacked on top of each other, look else where. If you want a high end, peaceful place to vacation with family or friends...this is a winner. Cheap Uber's available within minutes to get you anywhere you want to go; restaurants in walking distance, same for nearby resort bars, etc. Thanks again, Jeanne, for letting us stay at your wonderful home.

Summary: Just a wonderful trip. Perfect location, great condo, beautiful grounds… We always enjoy our stay at the Grand Venetian. One of the main pools was closed because it was being redone but since it’s low season, there were plenty of lounge chairs still available and the other pools had no trouble accommodating everyone. Jeane and Chris were wonderful hosts—quick to respond to questions, and their condo had everything we needed. The condo itself is beautiful with spectacular views of the city, ocean, and river. Our adult daughter was with us and enjoyed having her own bathroom off her bedroom. A lovely experience. Thank you for having us.
