Positive: This is a big new and very luxurious villa with phenomenal views of the sea and surrounding islands. Very private as well. Hosts were so kind to leave us a whole plate of fruit and snacks and two bottles of local wine. We loved everything !

Positive: The view was amazing.
Negative: The house was described as luxurious, but it was equipped with very cheap items. The beds were uncomfortable.The path to the villa was rocky and not maintained.Our car got a lot of scratches on the way to the villa. The biggest problem was : there was no shade in the outdoor area between 12:20 PM and 6:30 PM, which made it very uncomfortable during the hottest part of the day. Sun umbrella was the cheapest - no use of it. The wind was too strong up on the hill. Also we felt unsafe during the night due to the dogs howling. You can see poor dogs chained up along the direct path to the villa, which made us very uncomfortable due to the visible suffering of the animals. I would not recommend it to my friends even the host seems to be nice.

Positive: We were a family of 4 with 2 kids 11 and 13 so we wanted a place with a pool ideally to chill in when required … so the pool was fantastic. The view is spectacular… you have to see it to appreciate it. You are 10 mins from Akritochori with loads of dinning options and also an easy run along the coast to cool beaches and lots of other eating out options …. The house has everything you needs if you want to cook … we stayed in for breakfast and lunch and headed out each night. The owner was really helpful and super to deal with.
Negative: Nothing really …. You definitely need a cat but that’s not a negative just a fact

Positive: We are a family of four and booked the villa for 3 nights and wish we could have stayed longer! The host Eleni and her family were so welcoming and she was excellent at communicating about check in/check out! The villa has everything you could need and a very generous welcome pack of fruit, wine and snacks had been left for us. Everything was beautiful and it’s extremely tastefully decorated. The views are spectacular especially at sunset as the name of the villa suggests and the kids loved the pool! It was a great location for day trips to Methoni or Finkounta. We highly recommend.
