Summary: This was our fourth stay at the W Hotel. The location and accommodations are absolutely stunning. The rooms are spacious and beautifully designed, and housekeeping is excellent — fresh towels twice a day, which is perfect. However, the level of service no longer feels five-star, as it did during our first two visits. Breakfast was chaotic, and there was a lack of visible or approachable supervisors. It’s unfortunate to see so many temporary, inexperienced young staff across key areas like reception, the pool bar, breakfast area, and beach service. That said, it can be different — a big compliment to Alexandros (Valet Parking) and Augustuna (at Piqantro), who are both experienced and truly friendly. Despite the downsides, we will definitely return again.

Summary: Excellent location although transportation access and the beach in front of the hotel were not the best Service was top rated as well as the culinary experience The premises were very clean and quiet. Could have better culinary choices for dinner, both in type of food and value. Not sure if value for money was there

Summary: The place was simply amazing!! Peaceful and relaxing. A variety of restaurants and the staff always willing to help. The breakfast was without doubt the best. However I do recommend that staff take better care and clean the dried coffee spill from the mug before serving it to the guests.
