Summary: From having difficulty finding townhouse, to getting in the place, garage door would not open regularly, one time it would work the next time it would not. All week we dealt with this issue which we reported at least 7 times. We had issues with a toilet seat that was broken at one hinge needing replaced and several other cosmetic repairs that were not addressed until Thursday of our stay and only after we went in person to the office with photos to prove the issues were still not fixed. We ended up leaving garage door up so we didn't get the car locked in a second time. Property management company has two many units to maintain successful and routine maintenance is lacking. Won't book with Vacasa again anywhere.

Summary: The photos accurately represented the home. We loved the multi-levels which gave each of our family members their own space and the main level was great for our Rehearsal Dinner and gathering together. The front deck overlooking the fountain was nice and the “penthouse” deck was perfect for sitting in the sun. The house has everything thing we needed including a well stocked kitchen. The only qwerky thing was navigating the parking as the garage and driveway are tight. If we ever have a need for this type of rental again we will surely choose this home.

Summary: This was a wonderful stay. Loved the location and was in walking distance to the fishing pier, the gym and the small store grocery/Starbucks was only 3 doors away. The only issue I had was that the code we received for the garage did not work. I called about this issue and they said they would call me back within 24 hours but never got a call. So I always had to go in the front door and open the garage and then drive the the garage and park.
