Positive: We stay here every time we go to North Bay. The property is immaculate both inside and out. The owners are welcoming and friendly. Location on beautiful Lake Nipissing is a bonus. Great value!!

Positive: Location is great.
Negative: Other people parking outside of your room was frustrating. Came to icefish and had to park down from our room instead of right in front. More of a people problem then a sunset inn problem.
