Positive: The room was clean

Negative: The facility is very worn out and needs a major clean up. The bathroom is awful and the shower had a split base with water flooding the bathroom. The overall feel is of a run down neglected business and falls way short of its title of "Resort." There are no microwaves to be seen anywhere but they do have a large fridge and a small coffee machine. The grounds are a mess especially the parking area and room access. They have been experiencing flooding of the walkways as you enter the eastern cabins and they have done little to nothing to remedy the problem in over 2 years. But, they are kind enough to caution you that accessing your room may be difficult and you may get wet.

Summary: If it wasn't for the fact that they are the only gig in town!!!

Positive: We liked being in town and near the water. There were places we could walk to and the view was peaceful. The beds were comfortable. The temperature in the room was adjustable so we could keep cool during the hot summer nights.

Negative: Minor housekeeping and repairs were needed but majority of the room items functioned well. Water pressure was low in the morning when others were using the water. Best to shower and wash up during non peak times if you want any water pressure.

Summary: We needed a simple place to stay and this location was best for the family. For the price, the stay was fair.
