Sunset House is Corfu rental property with a private pool located off the main road between Karousades and Sidari, with stunning sea and sunset views. The house is a 45 minutes drive from Corfu airport and a short drive away from Sidari. It is ideal for a group of friends or a family of up to six (6) people, who can be accommodated in three (3) comfortable bedrooms.
This rental house overlooks the open sea all the way up to the small islands of Mathaki, Othonoi and Erikousa. The bedrooms are air-conditioned, it is close to Yialos Beach and features an 8mx5m swimming pool, lovely balconies and terraces towards the sea.
Layout
Sunset House is split into two levels.
A small driveway, coming from the main road, leads to the front large terrace and private parking underneath the house's balcony. The main entrance opens into the ground floor through a few steps.
It features an open plan area with a fully equipped kitchen, a nicely decorated sitting and dining area. The front balcony enjoys unobstructed sunset views of Sidari Beach and the open sea.
There is also a family shower room and a double bedroom with access to the balcony in this area.
An interior wooden staircase lands onto the upper level, which houses a second double bedroom (the master), a twin and a common bathroom. Both bedrooms are air-conditioned with balcony access and have lovely views. The double bedroom has its own walking closet.
Outdoors
Olive trees surround the charming Corfu house, and it is tacked almost inside an olive grove.
The views are exceptional. Sunset House boasts one of the best angles to a sunset view in the area.
Balconies and furnished terraces for dining al fresco run at the front of the house to take advantage of the elevated position and the distance sea views.

Access is through a small driveway. There is a private parking space available underneath the front balcony. There is also plenty of parking for two more cars.

Summary: We were lucky to spend a week of cloudless skies at the villa, so we could enjoy the sunsets every day - what a treat! The house itself was impeccable with comfy beds and everything we needed, plus some books to read. Marina even let us stay longer on our last day, since our flight left in the evening. All in all a really relaxing week that we enjoyed immensely, thank you!

Summary: We had an almost perfect holiday in the "Sunst Haus". There was everything in the house that you need to feel at home. The pool is unique with a breathtaking view of the Bay of Sidari. Dimitris and his family are super friendly hosts, they immediately solved any problem (e.g. a power outage at night). The only thing we didn't like was the sometimes annoying noise of the coastal road that runs below the villa. But that's probably because we live very quietly at home. All in all, we can only recommend the beautiful Sunset House. Peter and Ilona

Summary: The place was really wonderful, we had a great stay and the views were amazing. Contact with the host was very good and he reacted quickly when we slammed the door. After a few minutes the owner showed up and helped us. We were also very warmly welcomed with snacks left for us. We highly recommend it and I think we will return there someday.

Summary: We had such an amazing time at this property. TBH sunrise is almost as beautiful as sunset. The view is spectacular and the house is very well appointed. Everything was clean and ready for us. We wouldn't have changed a thing.
