Positive: Large home with views first class renovations only criticism is it gets stifling hot and there were very basic instructions for the air conditioning.

Negative: Would have been great if couch abit bigger so more people could fit on in to take in the glorious view but was ok

Positive: Easy to find and well positioned to access local activities. Quiet. The fittings and fixtures were very modern. Big bedrooms, warm, big and very comfortable beds. Big TV with free subscriptions for movies etc. stunning sunset views with great deck to view from.

Negative: Some very basic utensils in kitchen not available such as masher and a frypan. Guest manual outlined plenty of ways to incur fines, did not appreciate potential fines for mismanagement of putting bins out for collection when there were not instructions for correct waste management and no bin to put rubbish outside when leaving. We arrived to no hot water in the house. The issue was managed fairly quickly but were told it was a known problem.

Summary: We enjoyed our stay in this one of a kind location and definitely recommend it. The issues we had were no reflection on

Negative: Sliding doors very hard to lock. No instructions for oven, hotplates or washing machine. Hall door is scratching floor when opening it.

Positive: Location was great, views were stunning. Lovely home, great rooms. The property was large, quiet, and made traveling to various spots quite easy.

Negative: Because it's very sunny in the Nelson, the upper level was a bit warm.. but, not a problem really, just meant we opened the windows and enjoyed more fresh air!
