Positive: Good and not crowded Swimming pools, tennis and paddel courts, good value for money restaurant and bar, wide of tasty options. It is very nice outdoor in August, grate breeze. Comfortable well equipped and spacious apartment, wifi is OK.
Negative: Customer service. Any minor requests are typically met with a negative response. For instance, the sweeper and mop. We end up using the small brush provided to clean the floor while bending. There is a strict limit of one pillow per individual. The general response is that this is an apartment. It is as it is, and you must figure out how to make your stay. Eventually we got extra quilt but the try charge us after. In that specific apartment you have to put the ac in the rooms at very cold temperature otherwise it stops and starts after a while and you get to hot or too cold. The general feeling is that the management company is very tight on possible expanses on the account of the customers.
Summary: Pleasent, could be great with better customer service.
