Summary: This house had plenty of space for 8 of us to stay. This would be an amazing summer holiday home as it has good indoor outdoor flow and a beautiful view of the west coast.We stayed in winter so didn't use the outdoor areas so much. The main living area was a little cool but we put on an extra layer & used the heatpump. It's open plan with a great kitchen - easily catering to the 8 of us. The bedrooms are cosy and comfortable.

Summary: We meet twice a year to catch up and reminisce, in a nice location somewhere in NZ.We were lucky with the weather for the 4 days we were here and had some lovely excursions and walks on the beach.The sunsets didn't disappoint and we enjoyed the views and spacious house, relaxing with good food and wine.

Summary: We stayed at this property over the Auckland anniversary long weekend with our two children and we were overly impressed with the quality of the home including the location! Kai Iwi is such a hidden gem and the beach down below the house was amazing to swim at with lifeguards and a huge park nearby for the kids. We would love to return!

Summary: Beautifully appointed home, stunningly views and close enough to whanganui that we could pop to the Saturday morning river market with ease. Most comfy beds! Lots of space for everyone. Had a wonderful weekend. Information about peanut allergy would have been helpful at time of booking to ensure no peanuts were taken to the house. we're keennto make this a yearly trip!
