Positive: Down for my sons sports and super grateful we nabbed this stunner nestled up the back in beautiful Whanganui. Warm and friendly hospitality from first point of contact (booking online) Our hosts Sharon & Ben were absolutely unmatched. Bonus was meeting nanny, Sharon's mama and the wee pawpups who are such fun wee cuties. The treats and breakfast supplies were such a wonderful addition. The entertainment area is stunning! the warm pool powered by an open fire over the outdoor TV system and spa kept on the ready all day and evening - highlight! Awesome comfortable beds, beautiful outdoor indoor flow on the deck of our accommodation another - highlight! and all of this so close to the city centre or sports arena's ;) The hard mahi and dedication really shines through because they have built a fabulous space you will fall in love with when you book. Special mention to you all Teager whānau, you really are special, and have a special place we get to enjoy too.

Positive: The property is clean, warm and has everything we need! We had the most amazing time during the easter weekend. It was our first time in Whanganui and the location is very accessible to all the spots we wanted to see. The best part of our stay is the pool and hot tub! They even set up a very cozy and warm place for us beside the pool to watch movies. Sharon welcomed us and was very nice all throughout our stay. Thanks so much and we’ll definitely come back next time!

Positive: Quiet, spacious, tastefully furnished and well resourced home with an expansive deck to enjoy stunning sunsets. Added bonus of a mineral swimming pool for guest use.

Negative: Nothing not to like. Only caution would be for guests with mobility challenges. The access to the cottage is by stairs which are well graded and wide.

Summary: Far beyond expectation with the hosts providing more than basic peivisions, kitchen and bathroom, and sharing their pool
