The Space:
Each bungalow has its own private sitting outdoor patio area. Your place also includes a private little green house/meditating room and garden to enjoy while you relax after a beautiful day at the beach!
Guest Access:
Welcome to the beach! Your bungalow is down the brick path Past Cottage 5 at the blue glass door. To the right of the door you’ll see a #4. To the left of the door will be your key pad. Check in code will be available once reservation is confirmed. At check out Please turn all heaters stove and lights out. Make sure all utensils, plates, glassware etc. are complete. Please take out trash, Lock up and return key to key pad when you check out. Thank you for the opportunity to host your visit. Enjoy your time at the beach!
The Neighborhood:
A quick five minute walk to the beach downtown restaurants shops grocery store. Across the street from Matt Davis and Dipsea Trail heads. Stinson beach is a great friendly beach village with beautiful surroundings and fun day trip spots! Enjoy!
Getting Around:
If you’re hanging around town, beach and trails you will be walking to all. If you would like to venture out to Muir Woods the town of Mill Valley, Point Reyes Bolinas, Marshall etc. you’ll need your car to get around. Also at the bungalow you will find a guest sheet w more day trip suggestions. Have an awesome time at the beach!
Other Things to Note:
This is a beautiful private spot just a quick walk to the beach. Across from some of the best hiking trails in Northern California. Enjoy your outdoor garden sitting area after a fun day exploring the beautiful outdoors. There is a second upstairs unit both completely separate entrance and private outdoor garden Areas. Ideal location and walkability.
1 of 8 very special cottages in Stinson Beach. The property is unique in that it is located on a large parcel in the center of stinson beach village. Each shares its own private outdoor area and designated parking spot. Please be sure to park at your spot which reflects your cottage number #4. ALL other spots are reserved for the remaining guests. Any additional cars must park outside the property. Please remember the town of Stinson is on septic so PLEASE nothing but TP or for sure a backup. We are committed to following Vrbo’s strict cleaning protocol which was elevated during Covid after every single checkout. All windows and doors are opened during cleaning and every surfaces wiped down with disinfectant. We appreciate you helping us do our part with water conservation. Summary: I was so comfortable and felt right at home. The dresser for my clothes to the convenience of location all added relazation to this vacation. Those gardens, firepits and grills really added to my experience as well. Thank you for a smooth vacation rental and stay. I LOVED the bed:)

Summary: This well appointed bungalow tucked into a small cluster of similar apartments was the perfect retreat by the beach. Close walking distance to Parkside and the beach, it’s a fabulous location with attentive owner. It’s not far from the main road so at times the street noise was disruptive and the upstairs neighbors could be heard but otherwise it was serene.

Summary: Great place for a long weekend. Walking distance to the beach and a great starting point when you want to spend a full day in Point Reyes national park. Highly recommend going to the Elk reserve in the North at the end of the day during rutting season. Check in instruction was a bit confusing as there are other "blue doors" on the parking lot. Instead, after parking, walk back towards the entrance and take the pathway left of the entrance. You will see the cabins along the pathway.

Summary: What a hidden gem in Stinson Beach! It was a relaxing, intimate and well appointed apartment steps from beach, great coffee and pastries, cute small town and more. Clean, well appointed and cozy one bedroom, full kitchen and tastefully decorated. Great experience.

Summary: I loved the cottage! It was clean and fresh and tastefully decorated. The grounds around the complex are beautifully maintained. I loved the proximity to town and the beach. I was lucky enough to spend a few days at Stinson with perfect weather! One of my favorite places to be!

Summary: Loved our stay at the beautiful Verde property! Space is beautiful and just as pictured, if not better. Very comfortable and had all of the basic things you would need for a stay. Location couldn't be better - so close to food spots, beach, trails, etc. It was just right for my husband and I. There was a little confusion when we checked in - they are in between management applications - but the owners were SO nice and helpful that it really wasn't an issue. Communication was a bit delayed, I think because of their change in management apps? But all good. Only real negative was that we were on a ground floor and the unit above us had super loud walking people who were up late and early. Perhaps a note to let that unit know they should walk softly? I don't know how you fix that. :) Otherwise, a total gem. We definitely will be back!
