Positive: The staff were kind, the property is immaculately maintained. The food was delicious and the dog was cute :) A very cosy romantic stay in a spacious, clean room.

Negative: If you are visiting the island for diving, it is not the closest place to most of the diving sites in Iboih, but if you plan on hiring a bike or scooter, I’d still 1000% recommend staying here.

Summary: I genuinely believe this is the most beautiful and clean accomodation on Pulau weh.

Positive: We had such an amazing time there. The owners (and their dog) are so friendly and welcoming. Bungalows located at the private beach are really noce. We enjoyed discovering Sabang by scooter and coming back to such a nice resort.

Positive: Our unforgettable time at Sunset Beach Resort What wonderful days we had at Sunset Beach Resort on Pulau Weh! From the very first moment, we felt welcome, thanks to the hospitality of Sarka and Putra. Nothing was too much trouble; they did everything they could to make our holiday perfect. The resort is a paradise for those who want to relax. We had a wonderful swim and even did a bit of snorkeling. And the food? Absolutely delicious! Fresh, full of flavor, and prepared with love. Who knows, we might even return; this was exactly the peace and warmth we were looking for. Thank you, the Sunset Beach team!

Positive: The bungalows are big and comfortable. Very nice beds. The beach beds are also nice.

Negative: The restaurant was not great. Location is also quite far out so all other places are a 30 minute scooter ride away.

Summary: Almost great, but would be even better if the restaurant would be improved.

Positive: This accommodation was our little corner of paradise on Pulau Weh, I can highly recommend staying here for anyone who is looking for an island retreat. Putra, the owner, is incredibly friendly and will help you with anything you need, from transportation to and from the hotel, laundry, arranging tours, giving you tips etc. You can rent a scooter to easily explore the island or snorkeling equipment for the house reef and the restaurant offers great food for all three meals if you don't feel like leaving your little private beach for the day. The bungalows are spacious and well-equipped, including air conditioning. The outdoors area is beautifully kept and clean. There are only 5 bungalows in total, so it feels very private and personal.

Negative: Because it's that pretty, the café is a bit of a social-media-famous attraction. We didn't mind very much, but you will find a couple of TikTokers or Instagrammers frequenting the restaurant area in the evenings. Free entertainment, if you will ;)

Positive: Probably among the nicest bungalows in Weh Island with modern and comfortable amenities. Staff was nice and helpful and the restaurant was good! Location is not a negative as the resort is beautiful and the beach is nice, but be aware that this is far away from the typical “touristy” areas.

Negative: No Wifi, with the bad 4G connectivity making it hard to plan ahead.

Summary: Can definitely recommend for all people that just want to relax for a while!
