Positive: Perfect place for a group of six while up there fishing for few days. Clean, has everything you need and amazing sunsets. All instructions for access were clear. Great spot!!

Positive: The property was in a fabulous location, beautiful view off the balcony, big yard leading to cliffs overlooking the ocean. House was very clean
Negative: There was NO furniture on the balcony, only a BBQ. Furniture from inside the house needed to be taken outside so that we could sit and dine outside, leaving the inside bare (no couch, no tables/chairs) Couch/outdoor lounge was not large enough for all guests to relax. The tables were only trestle tables. Images very misleading to what was set up on the balcony to make it a comfortable stay!!! Camera out on back balcony, which made some guests feel uncomfortable -like.someone watching. Some appliances in kitchen broken.
Summary: Great location, clean, but not value for money.

Positive: Open living large dining area. Additional ablution on front deck was great. Close to beaches. Rear deck was very large to view sunsets. Great fridge in kitchen, plenty of kitchen utensils and cutlery.
Negative: Stairs very slippery when wet. (actually took a slip on front steps but am ok) "Big ass" fan on rear deck not working. No acces to beach from property. (although beach acces only a very short drive)

Positive: I loved the whole place the house was amazing. The host was amazing. The views and sunsets were spectacular. I will definitely be booking again come august when my grand baby is born.
