Welcome to the Sunset Bay House!
This extraordinary home is situated on the coastal heights of south Truro with sweeping panoramic views of cape cod bay and the pamet river valley. Perched on top of one of Truro's highest dune this Tuscany inspired home is nestled into its setting of beach plum and bearberry. The first floor's open layout includes a large kitchen, formal dining room, den/bedroom, living room and bright open hallways.
The second floor has 3 bedrooms all with King sized beds. Each of the three bedrooms features their own stunning views.
For extra sleeping two American leather couches are provided on the first floor that pull out into beds. The den turns into a private bedroom with a queen sized pull out bed. And the side living room has a king sized pull out bed (Both american leather couches).
Stroll down the path from your back door to your own private sandy beach and cool off in the refreshing bay. At the end of the day rinse off in the outdoor shower and enjoy stunning water views and watch the sun go down. A generous, contemporary home -- with beautiful bay views from almost every window, a well-appointed large kitchen, plenty of inviting rooms for our family to spread out, a winding path down to our own slice of uncrowded Fisher Beach... we had a memorable week. Summary: Our family absolutely loved our stay in Sunset Bay House. The beauty of both the house and the setting was exactly what we were hoping for and we were not disappointed in the least. The house is gorgeous, spacious, comfortable, and peaceful. The outdoor spaces are even more attractive, and are a fitting complement to the stunning vistas that the house commands, and which are hard to match anywhere else in the outer cape. Overall we wouldn't hesitate to recommend this lovely house and grounds.

Summary: Beautiful home to share with family. Upon arrival we found the home to be absolutely spotless. Spacious, secluded and private. Stunning views and beach. Comfortable beds and furniture. Bright, light filled rooms. Kitchen is fully appointed with everything needed. This rental home is a home run.

Summary: The welcoming goodies were delicious and charming. The hosts attentive and caring. The three true bedrooms were well appointed as was the kitchen very well stocked. Cooking with eight adults was fun and easy, and two refrigerator-freezers came in very handy. The sunset views were lovely. We all would definitely highly recommend.
